ReSubs offers CSV import, templates and cloud sync across Apple devices. Note its privacy label lists tracking identifiers and it uses cloud sync — a different privacy posture than an on-device app.
Bobby & Subby
Best for: a private, minimal list for the lowest price.
Both are private, no-bank trackers with renewal reminders. Neither app’s public listing highlights a free-trial workflow or built-in cancellation links, but they’re hard to beat on price and simplicity.
