What's genuinely free
The free tier is not a demo. The core promise — work out the cancel-by date, remind you early, remind you again on the deadline day, hand you the cancellation link — works in full for up to three subscriptions. So do the calendar, the spending insights and the per-item reminder timing. Those are not Pro features, and a few comparison articles get this wrong.
What Pro adds is scale and convenience: more than three subscriptions, backup, widgets, a Face ID lock and an export.

$19.99 is the US price. The App Store shows your local equivalent, and Apple sets the exact amount in each region.
Why it's one payment
Charging a monthly fee for an app whose entire job is to stop monthly fees creeping up on you is a hard thing to say with a straight face. It also changes what the app wants from you: a subscription business needs you to keep opening it, and TrialBell is at its best when it sends one notification a month and you never think about it otherwise.
A one-time price means the app can be quiet, and it means the incentive to harvest anything about you never appears. There's no data business here — the $19.99 is the business.
The honest trade-off
$19.99 once is more than some trackers charge. Bobby and Subby are cheaper, and if all you want is a tidy list of what you pay each month, they are reasonable picks. TrialBell costs more because it's built around the free-trial deadline — the cancel-by date, the two-stage reminder, the cancellation links. If you don't sign up for trials, you may not need that.
What happens at the free limit
Nothing you've already added stops working. When you're tracking three subscriptions, TrialBell tells you you've reached the free limit and offers Pro when you try to add a fourth. Existing reminders keep firing. There's no countdown, no expiring trial of Pro, and no feature that quietly switches off later.
Buying, restoring and refunds
- Purchases go through Apple. Pro is an Apple In-App Purchase billed to your Apple Account. TrialBell never sees or stores a card number.
- Restoring is built in. Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Because the purchase is tied to your Apple Account, signing in on a new iPhone gets Pro back.
- Refunds are Apple's to give. We can't issue one directly — request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something's wrong with the app, email us first and we'll try to fix it.

Coming soon to theApp StoreFrequently asked
Is Pro a subscription?
No. It's a single In-App Purchase — pay $19.99 once and Pro stays unlocked. There's no renewal and nothing to cancel.
Do I need to pay to get trial reminders?
No. Cancel-by reminders, the final-day alert and per-subscription timing all work on the free tier. The free limit is on how many subscriptions you track at once — three — not on the reminders themselves.
Is there a monthly or yearly plan?
No. Free and a one-time Pro unlock are the only two options.
What happens to my data if I never buy Pro?
Nothing changes. It stays on your iPhone exactly as before. iCloud Backup is the Pro feature, so free-tier data lives on the device only — worth knowing before you switch phones.
How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open TrialBell, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
