Adobe's most popular plan is the annual plan, paid monthly. On that plan:
- Within 14 days of your purchase you can cancel for a full refund — even if you prepaid for the year.
- After 14 days, cancelling an annual-paid-monthly plan before the term ends incurs an early-termination fee of up to 50% of your remaining contract.
- Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime without that fee.

Step by step
1. account.adobe.com → Plans. Sign in and find the plan you want to cancel.
2. Manage plan → Cancel your plan. Review the plan details and select Continue.
3. Reason → Confirm cancellation. Choose a reason, then review any fee shown and confirm. Adobe will email a confirmation.
Bought through Apple or Google? If you subscribed to an Adobe plan through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there — Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or the Play Store on Android — not on Adobe's site.
What happens after you cancel
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period (unless you cancelled within the 14-day refund window).
- Your files stored in Creative Cloud remain available for a limited grace period — download anything important before access ends.
