Crunchyroll has a specific quirk worth knowing before you go looking: if you didn't subscribe through the app, the app won't offer you a way to cancel. That's expected behaviour, not a bug.

1. Remember how you signed up. Crunchyroll is explicit that to stop billing you must cancel through the method you used to sign up — otherwise the charges continue.
2. On the web. Go to Crunchyroll.com, log in and select your user profile, then click your profile icon → Settings → Membership Info.
3. In the mobile app. If you subscribed through the iOS or Android app, open Crunchyroll and tap Account → Membership → Manage. That takes you to the App Store or Google Play, where the cancellation actually happens.
